Refund policy

RETURNS

 

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* Clothing with obvious signs of use

*Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially reflected. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to Info@dearheaven.es. Sale Items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

For exchanges, the company will cover the return shipping costs. In the case of returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
